Nick Pollitt

Managing Director
I have been in the furniture industry for more than 25 years, with 20 years as owner and MD of Diamond. Ensuring that my customers are happy, giving them value for money and the best possible customer experience is what motivates me. We are fortunate to be working in a design-led industry where businesses are striving to create workplaces which inspire their staff, attract the best talent, and enable their business to work flexibly and efficiently.

Kevin Gordon

General Manager
I have been with the company since 2004 and I am the General Manager. Basically, this means I juggle a lot of balls at once! I love the job because it is so varied, and every day is different... there is certainly no déjà vu here. My favourite colour is grey and of course my favourite book is the Senator Price List – other price lists are available.

Nasreen Niaz

Accounts
I’ve been part of the team at Diamond since 2008 – responsible for Accounts and Payroll. It’s my main task in life to try and stop Nick spending money on constantly improving the office!

Nicola Shaw

Marketing Manager
I recently joined the company in 2022 with responsibility for all the marketing across the businesses. I love the variety and creativity of each day - working on various projects to ensure our fabulous fit outs are shared and that our customers can find the perfect furniture for their workspaces. Aside from marketing, I’ve a background in art, so working in a colourful and creative environment suits me perfectly.

Rebecca Waller

Head of Design
I joined Diamond in 2019 and now head up the Design Department. Working for such a fast-paced company is a great challenge - I love that everyone here genuinely cares about every customer and doing the best job possible. Each year I work on over 100 projects – ambitious? Maybe! But I get to be creative every single day and improve my fast thinking, detail orientated, holistic design ethos.

Rachel Cox

Senior Interior Designer
I joined the Diamond team in 2023, with many years of experience including 4 years within the healthcare industry focusing on wellbeing and recovery spaces. I love getting to know our clients and understanding how we can transform their everyday through the varied mix of projects we undertake at Diamond and hope to bring lots of creativity, style and fun to the tailored spaces we create. When I’m not creating amazing interiors, you can find me at my local beach, whatever the weather!

Hannah Prescott

Junior Interior Designer
I joined the team in 2022, shortly after completing my University studies where I developed an interest in neutral palettes and materials with a particular focus on biophilic design in the workplace. When I’m not designing creative office spaces, you find me coaching gymnastics, a passion of mine for the past 10 years.

Lyndsay Carling

Sales Administrator
I have worked at Diamond since 2009 as a Sales Administrator. I believe there is no problem that can’t be solved with a spreadsheet and being nick named the Spreadsheet Queen suits me just fine! Every customer travels past my desk at some point and I am the friendly face of customer service here at Diamond.

Operations Manager
I’m the Operations Manager at Diamond – I’ve worked here since 1998. I am the man responsible for getting every order to its final home; you might say the ‘Logistics King’. There isn’t a problem that can’t be solved without a bit of thought and care and with a smile on my face at all times, promise!

Furniture Fitter
I’m a Furniture Fitter and I have been at Diamond Interiors for over 15 years. One thing that makes my job so interesting is that every job is different and this means every day is a brand new challenge.

Alex Duckworth

Furniture Fitter
I am the youngest member of the installation team. I enjoy working here and the team are all great to work with. I have learned so much since I started in 2018 and looking forward to learning the rest!

Carl Moriarty

Furniture Fitter
I have some experience in the furniture industry and understand the challenges that occur when on site. This can range from the use of lifts to carrying goods upstairs, but nothing is too much trouble when working on our clients projects.

I joined the Diamond Interiors team in 2021 and haven’t looked back since. The variety of the job and travelling to various sites throughout the working week keeps me happy and busy.
