After an initial consultation with Diamond Interiors, the client understood the importance and benefits of separating the shell build from the fit-out of the building and treated the project as two separate phases. Once the shell was erected, the building was handed over to Diamond and their fit-out partners, Opus 4, to design, manage and deliver the Cat A and Cat B fit-out and furniture package.

The scope of work included dry-lining and partitioning to all walls, to form management offices, meeting rooms, boardrooms, toilets, social space areas and a front-of-house. Suspended and feature ceilings were installed, a full scale mechanical and electrical layout, including power sockets, LED lighting, voice and data cabling and heating, cooling and ventilation systems. Once the fit-out was complete, Diamond delivered and installed high quality seating, desking and storage, along with meeting room, reception and social space furniture locally, from the Senator Group.
