THE BRIEF

Diamond Interiors were proud to work with Hope Citadel Healthcare in the creation of the new Hollinwood Medical Centre.

The Hollinwood Medical Centre is a community interest GP serving people in the Hollingwood area of Oldham and is one of four GP practics in Greater Mancester run by Hope Citadel Healthcare.

Hope Citadel Healthcare is a not-for-profit community interest company, who have been commissioned by local CCG’s to provide NHS services to the local population where the practices are located.

Diamond Interiors have successfully worked with Hope Citadel on the Hilltop Surgery, Fitton Hill Neighbourhood Centre, a project which required the Diamond design, implementation and completion of the surgery and faciliites.

OUR APPROACH

Diamond’s involvement commenced at the initiation stage of the project enabling the practice to plan the layout and functionality of rooms and areas within the accommodation along with providing a quotation of cost.

The service included the production of loaded layout plans, provision of sample fabrics, colour options with a visit to the furniture showroom and the opportunity to visit a previously completed scheme.

In partnership with the practice, Diamond provided a complete  solution to the sourcing, supply, delivery and installation of all furniture, equipment , fixtures and fittings the practice is expected to supply as part of the new health and social care development.

Examples include, examination couches, medical trolleys, desks, all chairs and seating, weigh scales, storage solutions including rolling file storage, racking and lockable general storage units.

THE RESULT

Diamond also provided a secure and efficient removals service and relocated all required goods and patient records from the temporary site to that of the new development.

The project involved in depth consultation with the client to produce the final loaded plans, layouts, supply and delivery timescales, delivery  and costings to meet the needs of the practice.

Diamond supplied the practice with a detailed inventory of the equipment, warranty, cleaning regime and sustainability documentation for items and contact lists of the suppliers for ease of use by the practice during the life time of those goods.

Crucially, Diamond has provided an after care service which means that the practice is able to contact the company if there are any queries or issued after completion of the work.
